Returns & Exchanges.

Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase if the items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached.

Please email toppers@bombsdartsbirds.com for any return/exchange requests with the order number and reason for the return. If you are requesting an exchange as well, please provide the item, size, and color you would like to replace it with. We will respond within 24 hours Monday – Friday.

Bombs Darts Birds will provide a return label and when the item has been received by the warehouse, the refund or exchange will be processed. Exchanges are FREE. For returns, we will subtract the amount of the return shipping label from your refund (usually $5).

We can’t…

Process returns or exchanges from outside vendors or event programs. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or returning the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order through our website.

Be responsible for any lost, stolen, or miss addressed deliveries. These requests will not be fulfilled, and any dispute should be placed with the carrier service.
